Summary

Join GlobalPassport™ as a Citizenship Advisor and guide clients through the complexities of obtaining dual citizenship. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their cases from start to finish and ensuring smooth communication. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and proficiency in Google Suite. You will also identify opportunities for family expansions and contribute to process improvements. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (clear, professional, and client-friendly)
  • Ability to provide excellent customer support via chat and email with prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses
  • Exceptional attention to detail when handling sensitive documents
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously in a structured manner
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet) for documentation and collaboration
  • Experience with document retrieval and processing, preferably in legal, immigration, family law, insurance, or mortgage case management
  • Ability to research and navigate online databases and government portals to obtain necessary records

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the citizenship process from start to finish
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their family members to ensure clarity and smooth case progression
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries via chat and email
  • Identify opportunities for family expansions, helping clients extend citizenship services to eligible relatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine strategies for client retention and expansion
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials and referrals, contributing to brand credibility and business growth
  • Track application progress and ensure all client documentation meets legal and procedural requirements
  • Identify missing or incorrect paperwork and work proactively with clients to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and documentation within internal systems
  • Clearly explain application processes, timelines, and next steps to clients in a professional and approachable manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including case managers and legal experts, to ensure smooth case handling
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying challenges and proposing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in citizenship, immigration, or legal processes related to document procurement and case management
