Join G-P's Global Mobility team as a Global Mobility Associate for a 10-month maternity leave cover. You will assist with visa sponsorship service delivery worldwide, collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities include managing global mobility inquiries, conducting country reviews, reviewing invoices, supporting the senior associate with administrative tasks, handling visa queries, assessing professional options, supporting right-to-work checks, ensuring visa compliance, assisting HR with visa requests, researching immigration changes, attending stakeholder calls, and maintaining internal databases. This role requires at least two years of immigration-related experience and proficiency in Microsoft programs. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in immigration-related matters
- Experience with the use of Microsoft programs
Responsibilities
- Manage global mobility inquiries via Jira board/Zendesk
- Conduct country reviews as part of our bi-annual country card review process
- Review Newland Chase invoices and handle administrative tasks
- Assist the Sr. Global Mobility Associate with daily administrative tasks as required
- Support the global team with any Visa queries and escalating to the Sr. Global Mobility Associate or local partners
- Assess the options available for a professional based on the information provided by the global team
- Support with right-to-work checks
- Ensure compliance for visa applications/renewals and make sure that all professionals have the right to work
- Assist local human resources with any visa requests
- Research and stay up to date with immigration changes
- Attend calls with customers and relevant stakeholders
- Keep the internal database up to date with any relevant information
