Summary
Join our team as a Global Mobility Manager and oversee the relocation processes for our employees worldwide. You will manage all aspects of global employee relocations, including coordinating with immigration lawyers and supporting employees throughout their journey. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of relocation logistics and immigration processes. You will be responsible for end-to-end relocation management, visa support, collaboration with other departments, employee support, documentation and compliance, vendor management, process improvement, and budget management. Requirements
- Have proven 4-5 years experience in managing relocation processes or a similar role
- Possess knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes
- Demonstrate strong project management and multitasking skills
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups
- Have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Possess a problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Have time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Have the ability to assess and calculate risks effectively
- Have an advanced or higher English speaking level
- Have MS Office and Google Sheets proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire relocation process for employees moving to new locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
- Provide comprehensive support in obtaining business and work visas for employees and their families for business purposes and for relocation
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations departments to ensure all aspects of the relocation process are covered
- Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, answering questions, providing guidance, and offering support on matters related to relocation
- Ensure that all employee relocation paperwork is completed accurately and complies with legal and internal policies
- Search for contractors such as lawyers, consultants, visa contractors. Coordinate with external vendors (such as real estate agents, etc.) to facilitate the logistics of relocation
- Continuously improve the relocation process, identifying ways to make it more efficient and employee-friendly
- Manage relocation budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working in a global organisation with international relocations
- Have previous experience working in an organisation focused on Global Employee relocation
- Have experience with project management software
