Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a multinational agency or corporate environment
  • Comfortable adjusting to South Korea’s time zone for key meetings and collaboration
  • Full professional fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Proven experience in global recruitment, with a focus on Europe, LATAM, and Africa
  • Strong background in recruiting for SaaS sales-related positions
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels, from junior to senior positions
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of Tridge’s business model and vision
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset with a passion for global recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess a high volume of CVs to maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Conduct preliminary screening calls and provide structured evaluations using scorecards
  • Coordinate and facilitate HQ interviews while monitoring the conversion rate from application to hiring
  • Meet hiring targets while reducing time-to-hire for critical roles
  • Execute outbound recruitment strategies for urgent or challenging positions through proactive sourcing
  • Ensure real-time accuracy and consistency in recruitment pipeline tracking
  • Maintain and update candidate data while minimizing data entry errors
  • Provide timely and comprehensive weekly recruitment reports, including key hiring metrics and process insights
  • Enhance the candidate experience by optimizing communication and engagement at all recruitment stages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS or other applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
