Join PTW, a leading development services studio in the gaming industry, as our Global Senior Producer! In this remote role (mostly US-based), you will oversee project proposal management, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client goals. You will collaborate with game developers, creative directors, and production teams, managing budgets, timelines, and resources. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills within the game development industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while utilizing traditional and cutting-edge project management techniques. Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 8 years of production/project management experience
- 7 years of proven experience in game development
- Experience in internal production/project management on at least 4 published game products from inception to delivery at a development studio
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to effectively convey creative concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with game development pipelines, from pre-production to post-production
- Project management training from a recognized educational or certification program
- Membership in PMI or a similar professional project management association
Responsibilities
- Work with a team of leaders to develop project proposals including resources across the globe
- Develop project schedules considering the product’s intended features, timeline, and resources
- Identify and schedule project milestones
- Manage RFP schedules and resolve potential conflicts between parallel proposals
- Maintain consistent communication with all PTW departments and discipline heads
- Review the practicality of game design and technical design documents
- Organize subject matter experts around PTW’s Global organization in order to provide the information required for accurate proposal estimates
- Assist in building world-wide cross-discipline teams with the assistance of subject matter experts, discipline heads, and global talent acquisition specialists in order to execute on approved proposals
- Facilitate technical and non-technical communication among team members and departments
- Manage project budgets, game features, resources, and timeline, driving the proposal process from end to end
- Understand, refine, and disseminate the product vision and provide input for the conceptual design of games
- Utilize traditional and cutting-edge project management techniques to ensure timely delivery, high quality, effective use of resources, and good team morale
- Identify areas that could use process improvement, and gather solutions, and help drive them through implementation
- Collaborate with creative teams and clients to ensure alignment with the project’s artistic vision
- Help translate client needs into creative direction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AAA and indie game development
- Familiarity with Unity and Unreal Engines
- Familiarity with art/audio/development pipelines
- Additional spoken/written languages
