Creative Coordinator

Requirements

• Excellent ability in Adobe InDesign
• Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Understanding and experience of applying best practice to publication design
• Excellent communication skills, responsive and flexible with a proactive mindset
• Ability to build internal and external relationships effectively
• Understands ‘what good looks like’ in terms of proposal production
• Creative out-of-the-box thinking

Responsibilities

• Generate documentation/presentation material to standard template style and layout, and infographics, diagrams and images that help articulate the Ramboll value proposition
• Ensure proposal material meets client’s needs and is compliant with tender requirements
• Join periodic status meetings with the bid team to ensure bid submission compliance
• Assist in the development of Business Development material suitable for either internal or external use ensuring alignment with the Ramboll brand
