Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a global organization
  • Expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks
  • Experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries, including working with Employer of Record (EOR) service and building processes to support global expansion and remote workforce compliance
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS, compensation tools and modeling
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits globally
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating total rewards programs to drive high performance
  • A builder’s mindset—passionate about creating scalable people infrastructure to support hypergrowth

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation bands that attract and retain top talent
  • Oversee global benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans, ensuring they align with company culture and employee needs
  • Design, implement, and manage incentive and bonus programs that drive performance and align with business goals
  • Ensure total rewards programs comply with global labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices
  • Leverage data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with People Operations and internal stakeholders to enhance communication around compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Work closely with external providers, brokers, and consultants to optimize total rewards offerings
