Summary

Join BLEND360 as our Senior Director of Global Total Rewards and lead the design, implementation, and management of our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. You will collaborate with senior leadership and the Talent team to develop a competitive total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent. Key responsibilities include developing global compensation structures, overseeing benefits programs, conducting HR analytics, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, and in-depth knowledge of compensation principles and benefits administration. A Master's degree or MBA and CCP certification are preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, 401k administration, and incentive plan design
  • Experience with global compensation and benefits programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation management tools
  • Ability to communicate complex compensation and benefits information in a clear and accessible way
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competitive global compensation structures to attract and retain talent
  • Oversee global market compensation analyses and ensure internal equity across the organization
  • Design and manage sales compensation plans, including OTE, commission plans, and SPIFs
  • Design and manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives, and equity plans
  • Develop merit increases, short term and long term incentive programs (e.g., bonus, equity, etc.) to drive organizational performance
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs, such as health, wellness, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
  • Administer the 401k, including twice yearly compliance audits
  • Ensure benefits packages align with organizational objectives and employee needs
  • Manage the open enrollment process and communicate benefits options to employees effectively
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure programs are competitive and cost-effective
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders regarding compensation trends, benchmarking, and program effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA)
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding total rewards programs
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards package
  • Provide training and guidance to HR team members and managers regarding compensation and benefits topics

Preferred Qualifications
