Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, total rewards, or a similar field, with a strong track record of managing HR processes at scale
  • Experience in high-growth startups, establishing processes to effectively support and drive business expansion
  • Proven experience in designing and managing compensation structures, benefits programs, and HRIS systems
  • Expertise in running performance review cycles and understanding performance management best practices
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep knowledge of compliance requirements across global jurisdictions
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience leading high-performing HR teams
  • Familiarity with modern HR technology tools and systems (e.g. Rippling, Hibob, BambooHR)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient, scalable HR processes, systems, and policies to support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
  • Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS technology to ensure accurate and secure employee data management
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation structures, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and internal equity
  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage and execute company-wide performance review cycles, providing tools and guidance to managers and employees
  • Continuously improve performance management practices to align with business goals and support employee development
  • Generate and maintain HR metrics and dashboards
  • Lead analytics projects to inform decision-making and improve processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR operations align with and support the organizationโ€™s strategy and goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on HR operations and total rewards
