Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with multi-cultural and remote working environment, with strong proactiveness to work across functions internally and externally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively drive opportunities and address challenges
• Strong background in the biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry
• Senior commercial experience with specialty chemicals or enzymes, including direct and indirect sales via sales channels
• Technical experience and people management skills are added advantages
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software, and CRM
• At least a B.S. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering or any relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years working experience in biofuel ethanol or grain processing industry

Responsibilities

• Responsible to develop grain processing business particularly in biofuel ethanol in America region as per aligned with organizational mission and targets
• Develop go-to-market strategy with key action plans based on in-depth understanding of the industry trend, competitor, market needs, resources and support requirement, etc
