  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Support Services teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Testing & Deployment: Continuously improve Salesforce DevOps processes, including the creation and maintenance of automated testing between Salesforce environments in the pipeline. Develop test cases, perform QA, and support deployments using Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, and version control systems (e.g., GitHub, DevOps tools )
  • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience within Salesforce and connected GTM tools via quarterly performance reports
  • Technical Documentation & Training: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices and correct usage
  • System Hygiene and User Support: Assist with ongoing support and system operations, addressing user issues, troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring continuous improvement in platform functionality
