Summary

Join Vidyard as a Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Analyst and play a key role in leveraging data to drive business strategy and execution. Collaborate with leaders across various departments to provide insights, enable self-serve analytics, and influence decision-making. Lead efforts to improve data quality, define critical GTM metrics, and build scalable analytics solutions. Translate ambiguous needs into well-defined data solutions and utilize AI tools to enhance work and accelerate outcomes. This remote role, open to Canadian candidates, offers the chance to be part of a culture that values experimentation and continuous learning. The role involves serving as the data lead for GTM analytics, conducting sophisticated analysis, developing reporting and dashboarding solutions, and identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation. You will also own data hygiene and governance, build data pipelines, and support AI enablement efforts.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics or data roles, with at least 3 years focused on GTM functions (sales, marketing, CS, or RevOps)
  • Experience in SaaS, ideally a product-led growth environment
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and comfort working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • Deep expertise in BI tools (especially Metabase, Looker) and experience building scalable, modular dashboards
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, funnel velocity, retention/churn, NRR, etc
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven frameworks and influence strategic decision-making
  • Experience working with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — especially with technical teams in Product and Engineering
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable backend solutions

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the data lead for GTM analytics, partnering with senior stakeholders to define metrics, design dashboards, and drive data adoption across the org
  • Conduct sophisticated analysis on pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation, retention, account growth, churn, pricing impact, and revenue attribution
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable reporting and dashboarding solutions using BI tools like Metabase, and Looker
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve data visualization, pipeline forecasting, and insight delivery (e.g., natural language queries, predictive alerts, prompt-driven dashboards)
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve data availability and infrastructure, collaborate on data models, and connect product usage data to GTM metrics
  • Own data hygiene and governance across GTM systems, ensuring clean, trusted, and accessible data by identifying gaps in pipelines, sources, and CRM architecture
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and sources to support lifecycle reporting for onboarding, adoption, renewal, churn, expansion, and digital engagement
  • Serve as the steward of GTM data definitions and documentation — aligning cross-functional teams on “one source of truth.”
  • Support AI enablement efforts by co-creating prompt libraries, automation workflows, and educational resources for GTM teams
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ingest and expose product telemetry and usage events for use in automation, customer health models, and lifecycle metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to agentic AI platforms (e.g., automation co-pilots or AI agents for GTM use cases)
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, with the ability to evaluate when to rely on AI and when human judgment and nuance are needed
  • Familiarity with evaluating AI tool quality and understanding of prompt crafting, AI limitations, and ethical considerations in AI use
