Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing GTM systems and platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, FiveTran, Tableau, etc
• Strong understanding of system architecture and integration strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for our GTM systems architecture
• Manage and optimize the integration of systems like: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, ChiliPiper, FiveTran, Tableau, and other platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective use of systems in achieving business objectives
• Lead the execution of system configurations, data migrations, and integrations
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide technical support and training to team members on system functionalities and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our GTM systems remain cutting-edge
