Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on keywords, negative keywords, and A/B testing
  • Have experience in creating content for ads and social media platforms
  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance analysis
  • Have experience with email marketing, particularly using MailChimp

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, A/B testing, and optimizing ad performance
  • Continuously monitor and refine ad strategies to ensure maximum ROI and reach
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases
  • Use tools like Google Keyword Planner to find terms that will drive the most qualified traffic
  • Create compelling content for ads and social media platforms, helping drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Ensure that content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders with actionable insights for campaign improvement
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, managing design, targeting, and performance tracking
  • Segment email lists for personalized campaigns that drive higher engagement and conversions
  • Implement and continuously refine effective bidding strategies to maximize return on investment
  • Adjust bids based on performance data, competitive analysis, and budget constraints
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-click
  • Make data-driven adjustments to improve ad relevance, landing page quality, and overall campaign effectiveness to meet and exceed KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in the dentistry or healthcare industry
  • Have familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
