Summary
Join Dane Street's team as a Recruiting Supervisor and Manager, overseeing the recruiting team's performance to meet client and operational needs. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, providing leadership and support to the team. Responsibilities include strategically recruiting physicians, negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate physician data. Collaborate with the recruiting manager, business leads, and operational teams to meet current and future demands. This role also involves team leadership, onboarding, training, and mentorship of recruiters, as well as maintaining client relationships and contributing to performance feedback. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and success.

Responsibilities
- Strategically recruit physicians to support operational demand for federal and VA exams
- Partner with business leads to identify specialty and geographic gaps in the panel
- Assist the team with research, identification, and attracting new physicians to support operational volume and meet current and future needs
- Negotiate cost and contract terms within established fee schedules and TAT requirements
- Champion and maintain the best practices established for the division and recruitment
- Review the work of the recruiters to maintain accurate physician profile instructions, updated fees, doctor groups, and remit-to details
- Oversee that recruiters are following the best practices set up for success
- Oversee and manage physician payment recoups to ensure compliance with contracts
- Assist the team with technical and/ or provider inquiries
- Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching/ mentorship of new and existing recruiters
- Maintain and support client relationships
- Contribute to performance feedback and team member views
- Support Network Manager with outreach reports, review of lead reports, and review of recruitment pipelines to maintain current and future needs
- Lead or assist with special projects and strategic initiatives based on evolving business requirements and new business
- Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
