Responsibilities

• Manage a unique set of international clients and delight our customers with exceptional customer service, growing our business in those markets
• Utilize analytical skills to monitor the progress of recruitment campaigns, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively
• Evaluate and analyze client materials to propose more efficient delivery methods, ultimately maximizing their return on investment
• Grow our portfolio of clients through new customer acquisition
• Contribute to market research efforts to uncover new customer segments and traffic opportunities
• Actively work closely with our Marketing and Product Teams on SEM, SEO optimizations, PR, Link building and product improvement tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• A good understanding of online advertising, ideally with CPC model/pricing
• Previous experience in the recruitment industry
• Additional language skills (e.g. Polish/Spanish/Dutch/Italian)
