Requirements

• Have 2+ years of professional design experience
• Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Possess exceptional production skills such as creating similars, photo cut-outs, and color adjustments
• Be highly skilled with typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Display high-level knowledge of color theory and how to use it effectively in designs
• Display exceptional knowledge of how to design for various screen sizes and platforms (desktop, mobile) to ensure a cohesive experience across all devices
• Have a portfolio of work showcasing various types of design projects
• Successfully complete a design skills test
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
• Be able to work a US schedule
• Have a reliable computer and internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Have agency experience
• Have e-commerce experience
• Have experience designing for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms
• Have an understanding of Amazon's Platform: Knowing the specific requirements and best practices for designing for Amazon
• Possess very strong communication skills
