Join eJam, a direct-to-consumer brand incubator, as a Graphic Designer to elevate our digital presence. We're looking for someone who understands graphic design best practices and is deadline-oriented.

Requirements

• Graphic design experience, preferably for an e-commerce company
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop or Illustrator) and other relevant design tools
• Portfolio showcasing your best designs, especially in social media ads
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually captivating graphics for social media channels
• Craft engaging GIFs and MP4s for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives
• Conceptualize and design email campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions
• Create banners, product images, landing pages, and other visual assets for the website
• Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns and initiatives
