Graphic Designer

Summary

Join Henry Meds, a fast-growing startup, as a visual designer and video producer. You will design engaging visual assets and create dynamic, short-form videos for social media platforms. Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop impactful content strategies. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on paid marketing channels and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in graphic design, with a focus on creating assets for paid marketing channels
• Extensive portfolio showcasing strong proficiency in creating visually compelling designs for social media ads and display ads
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, particularly in paid social media advertising
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and requirements

Responsibilities

• Design and edit UGC-style videos for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Create visually engaging graphics and digital assets that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
• Optimize video content for platform-specific performance and audience reach
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UGC and social media content

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in video editing, animating ads, including proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere, is a plus for this role
• Experience in the healthcare or telehealth industry is a plus but not required
