GRC Implementation Specialist

Requirements

• Security (Governance, Risk, Compliance) background
• GRC Tool implementation experience (OneTrust or other)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
• English min. B2+/C1 (ability to communicate in an international environment)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to connect the dots and understand security concepts

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of OneTrust, TEF GRC Tool
• Coordinate with internal SPOCs (about 10-15 people)
• Collect and streamline documented processes, questionnaires, dashboards, etc
• Track received information and create templates and specifications
• Review, cross-check, and upload data in the tool for testing, highlighting any anomalies
• Assist in the creation of TEF training materials for OneTrust
