Remote ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Requirements

• 3+ years coding in JavaScript and ServiceNow deployments, implementations, and/or integrations
• Experienced in building and supporting all ServiceNow modules for customers
• ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator (minimum) required
• ServiceNow – Certified Implementation Specialist – required
• Any one or combination of these modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, IRM
• ServiceNow – Certified Application Developer is desired
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST desired
• Experienced with JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Node.js
• Strong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clients
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity
• Proven team player
• ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or an equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement stories following the standards of the area
• Participate in design sessions and lead part of them
• Attend definition sessions and collaborate in the elaboration of design documents and the creation of technical user stories
• Perform developments, functional validation of the implemented process, and support implementation of the project in production
• Resolve high-to-medium complexity issues/defects including their escalation to production
• Participate in coordination with colleagues in different projects, helping junior profiles to grow
