Remote Group Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Group Product Manager to help define the future of club or high school products at Hudl. You'll own the market strategy and roadmap, lead continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for the product, and inspire your squads.

Requirements

• Product management experience (more than five years of experience in product management)
• A proven people leader (at least two years managing a team of product managers, hiring key talent, and coaching a high performing team to deliver against the roadmap)
• SaaS experience (specifically building data analysis, video and/or recruiting platforms)
• A communicator (comfortable presenting and effectively sharing product roadmap and high level strategy)
• Cross-functional relationship management skills
• Creative (experience tackling complexity at all levels, coaching and guiding teams to think outside the box)
• Naturally curious (eager for knowledge and new ideas, able to show how that improves the way you work)
• Pragmatic (able to balance customer needs with business goals, understanding business models, forecasts, budgets)
