Summary
Join Seven Starling, a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, as a Contract Group Therapy Lead. You will lead virtual group therapy sessions for expectant and new mothers, utilizing evidence-based models of care. Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to improve care delivery, develop group facilitation guides, and lead training for therapists. This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity requiring a minimum of 5 hours per week. The ideal candidate is a licensed behavioral health professional with experience in facilitating online group therapy and serving prenatal and postpartum families. You will be compensated at a rate of $75-$80 per hour.
Requirements
- Currently independently licensed as a counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist in California
- Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently
Responsibilities
- Lead primarily group therapy sessions (some individual as needed) in a telehealth setting for patients suffering from common maternal mental health related conditions
- Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to share feedback and suggest ways to improve the care delivery system
- Develop group facilitation guides tailored to Seven Starlingβs unique patient population
- Lead ongoing group facilitation trainings for our therapist team
- Able to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience facilitating online/virtual group therapy and in serving prenatal and postpartum families is preferred
- Familiar with best practices for structuring, creating, and leading groups that will drive patient participation, support, and healing
- Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare
- An ability to laugh at yourself and with others; we take our work seriously, but want to have fun while doing it!
