Summary

Join Delivery Associates (DA)'s Global Growth team as a Growth Analyst based in Brazil or Peru. This high-visibility role involves maintaining and analyzing business development pipeline data, creating insightful visualizations, and developing strategic reports for senior leadership. You will support business development routines, collaborate with project owners and internal functions to improve data systems, and share market insights with account leads. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role offers exposure to DA’s senior leadership and key account teams. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in consulting, analytics, CRM or pipeline systems
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets required; experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage and interpret datasets, and confidence in presenting insights clearly verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Maintain our business development pipeline data up to date and reliable, ensuring data quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Conduct data analysis and create visualizations to extract insights from our pipeline and project data
  • Develop reports synthesizing key insights for use in strategic planning and leadership conversations
  • Support core business development routines, including monthly, bi-monthly, and semi-annual planning meetings, by preparing materials, tracking progress, and synthesizing findings
  • Coordinate with project owners to clarify pipeline entries, confirm opportunity details, and strengthen reporting accuracy
  • Share relevant market and account-level insights with account leads to support business development efforts and growth strategy development
  • Collaborate with internal functions (e.g., Finance, Center of Excellence) to improve data systems and performance reporting
