Summary

The Growth and Operations Manager at Binance is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of payment operations, including strategic planning, team leadership, process optimization, risk management, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, market research and analytics, and Go-To-Market strategies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in payment operations management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry. They must possess strong leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of payment systems, regulations, and compliance requirements, a strategic mindset, results-oriented approach, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience (5 years) in payment operations management within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance payment operations efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Lead and motivate a team of payment operations professionals
• Continuously assess and improve payment processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with the Risk team to implement robust risk management protocols to mitigate fraud and compliance risks associated with payment operations
• Manage relationships with payment service providers, financial institutions, and other vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of payment operations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards governing payment operations
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the payments industry
• Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new payment products, features, and initiatives
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of payment operations projects
