Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in a product role working with other product managers and sales teams
• Proven track record of successfully developing sales collaterals and product training
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working in digital retail solutions and/or in the digital marketing landscape

Responsibilities

• Sales Collateral Development: Create localized sales collateral such as FAQ docs, 1-sheeters, product brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive battle cards
• Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver localized training programs and materials to onboard new sales team members and ensure that existing team members are up-to-date on product features
• Sales Playbooks: Develop localized sales playbooks that outline product best practices for different customer segments or sales scenarios
• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop between sales teams and product managers to ensure that the sales team's needs and feedback are heard and addressed
• Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to sales teams, including answering questions on both Slack channels and providing guidance on product usage and best practices
• Product go-to-market: Own product go-to-market activities, including launch planning, monitoring customer leads lists, and tracking activation status

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands on startup experience
• Comfort with early stage and scrappiness
• English and Portuguese proficiency
• Experience working with or in a Product team
• Strong understanding of conversational marketing technologies, such as chatbots, messaging platforms, and AI
