Game Product Operations Manager in United States

Summary

HoYoverse is a technology-driven company specializing in creating immersive virtual world experiences through games, software, and multimedia content. The position involves cooperating with the R&D team to optimize products, managing global beta tests, coordinating with the Global Publishing team, and producing periodic reports. A bachelor's degree or above and at least 3 years of experience in Game Operations, with a preference for game design experience, is required. Additional qualifications include enthusiasm for games, knowledge of mainstream products and ACG products, sensitivity to data, excellent time management skills, and exceptional communication skills. Bonus proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 USD per year, with benefits including healthcare premiums, paid time off, a 401K/RRSP plan, employer-paid life and disability insurance, team-building activities, flexible working hours, and remote work options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in Game Operations
• Enthusiastic about games and have an understanding and knowledge of mainstream products including core gameplay, numerical system, economic system, community system etc
• Have in-depth understanding and experience in ACG products and SEA market
• Sensitivity to data: think, analyze, and summarize logically
• Excellent time management skills while working with multiple teams to ensure project stays on track to completion
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the R&D team to improve and optimize the product
• Responsible for managing the global beta test
• Coordinate with the Global Publishing team to implement relevant product needs
• Establish clear, transparent, and efficient communications with the R&D team to produce periodical content evaluation reports
