Summary

Bonus proficiency in Mandarin is preferred. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 3 years of experience in Game Operations
  • Enthusiastic about games and have an understanding and knowledge of mainstream products including core gameplay, numerical system, economic system, community system etc
  • Have in-depth understanding and experience in ACG products and SEA market
  • Sensitivity to data: think, analyze, and summarize logically
  • Excellent time management skills while working with multiple teams to ensure project stays on track to completion
  • Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with the R&D team to improve and optimize the product
  • Responsible for managing the global beta test
  • Coordinate with the Global Publishing team to implement relevant product needs
  • Establish clear, transparent, and efficient communications with the R&D team to produce periodical content evaluation reports
