The ideal candidate is a sharp English speaker with sales instincts, comfortable using technology and CRMs. Prior fitness industry experience or a performance-first mindset is a plus. Requirements

• A sharp English speaker with sales instincts or marketing hustle
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce
• Have a stable internet connection (50+ Mbps) and headset
• Professional, organized, and wired to win

Responsibilities

• As a Growth Campaign Advisor , you’re not cold-calling off random names . You’ll be driving farming our inbound leads, local business interest, and business that are newly registered and scheduling calls for your Sales Manager to close
• Follow up with warm leads from paid ads and partner channels
• Book qualified appointments with decision-makers
• Send follow-up emails, texts, and calendar invites
• Track activity and progress in CRM
• Assist senior closers in prepping and following up on calls
• Learn the ropes until and become and double your base , quadrupple your commissions , and be eligible for residual pay !

Preferred Qualifications
