Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1β2 years of relevant professional experience (internships or entry-level roles in agency, healthcare, or marketing preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support a mission-driven team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with and attend new business calls, providing clear documentation and action items for appropriate prospect next steps
- Maintain organization and documentation for new business opportunities, including managing project health and opportunity updates
- Lead coordination of internal prep calls, preparing agendas and assisting with internal new business communication
- Lead background research and key findings for prospective clients
- Support in the development of RFP kickoffs, responses, and logistics
- Develop key profiles for prospects
- Support with on-site or virtual pitch logistics and pitch preparation
- Assist in managing, organizing, and developing content within our content management system, Loopio
- Maintain team content assets relevant to new business
- Lead the documentation of team processes, learnings from pitches, and best practices
- Support tracking of opportunities in Salesforce and update key information
