Summary

Join Housecall Pro as a contract recruiter to support the engineering team's hiring efforts, focusing on Brazil-based roles. This temporary position, lasting at least 6 months with potential extension, requires experience in recruiting software engineers and a strong understanding of technical hiring. As a Partner, Talent Acquisition, you will source, attract, and hire top talent, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Portuguese, possess 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and have experience with applicant tracking systems. Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics Greenhouse Strongly Preferred
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineers, devops, QA, engineering leaders, etc

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics and improve the efficiency of hiring processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with the People team to align recruiting efforts with overall workforce planning and diversity initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for identifying and hiring top talent and contributing to company growth
  • Comfortable and happy working in spreadsheets
