Summary

Join Bobbie's creative team as a Growth Creative Strategist! You'll be a data-driven storyteller, balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing across multiple channels. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative performance strategy, growth marketing, or a related field (CPG, eCommerce, or agency experience preferred)
  • Deep understanding of performance-driven creative—how storytelling, design, and messaging impact conversion and retention
  • Experience working with paid agencies and knowledge of social ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.) and their best practices
  • Strong ability to translate consumer insights and data into impactful creative strategies
  • A strong point of view on what makes great, engaging creative—and the ability to back it up with research and performance data
  • Experience directing creatives against clear briefs
  • A passion for experimentation, iteration, and harnessing the power of storytelling to drive results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across paid, organic, and owned channels
  • Partner with growth, marketing and creative teams to optimize performance campaigns with best-in-class creative tailored for each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, etc.)
  • Analyze creative performance data daily to uncover insights, drive optimization testing, and inform new testing frameworks
  • Lead creative ideation and concepting for key marketing initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform-specific best practices to ensure Bobbie’s creative is fresh, engaging, and high-performing
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and video teams to bring creative concepts to life in a way that balances brand storytelling with performance needs
  • Define, track, and report on key creative KPIs, helping refine future strategies based on performance insights
