Summary
Join Outliant, a fully remote digital product development and startup consulting company, as a Creative Strategist. You will be instrumental in shaping high-performing paid media campaigns by developing compelling creative strategies and leveraging your understanding of ad formats and consumer behavior. Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and clients to guide the production of engaging ad creatives aligned with marketing objectives. Analyze performance data to refine creative approaches and stay ahead of industry trends. This senior-level role requires 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably in an agency or performance marketing setting. Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment
- Deep understanding of paid media creative across platforms (Search, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of direct response marketing and conversion-focused creative
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable creative recommendations
- Excellent copywriting and briefing skills for designers and production teams
- Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working with media buyers, designers, and clients
Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for paid media campaigns, including static images, videos, and other formats
- Build offer strategies and content calendars to align with marketing objectives and consumer behavior trends
- Write detailed design and production briefs to guide the creation of high-performing ad creatives
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they align with strategy, brand identity, and performance goals
- Work alongside a media buyer, ensuring creative execution supports in-platform campaign optimizations
- Consult with clients on creative strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices
- Analyze performance data to iterate and improve creative approaches
- Stay ahead of trends in paid media creative, including ad formats, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-location and /or healthcare clients is highly preferred
