Summary

Join Etaily Brand Labs as the TikTok Growth Hacker and lead our creator-driven growth strategy to accelerate brand visibility and conversion through short-form video content. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing content creators, primarily on TikTok, and driving user-generated content (UGC) campaigns. This role is crucial for executing high-volume, fast-turnaround creative loops, leveraging data and cultural insights to generate viral moments and drive performance across channels. You will manage creator relationships, ensure content aligns with brand objectives, and optimize content performance using data analysis. The position requires experience in digital marketing, UGC/influencer campaigns, and TikTok content creation. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience. The role is remote-first with occasional in-person collaboration.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in digital marketing, UGC/influencer campaigns, or creator-led growth; hands-on TikTok or short-form content experience required
  • Strong trend sensitivity, fast execution mindset, excellent communication, and creative judgment; comfortable working with creators and data alike
  • Aligned with speed, creativity, ownership, and resourcefulness; adaptable to feedback and performance-focused environments

Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and onboard TikTok and short-form creators (nano to micro-tier)
  • Manage contracts, communications, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain a database of trusted, proven creators
  • Match creators to specific brands or campaigns based on style, tone, and audience
  • Ensure clear but simple briefing, with room for creator voice and flexibility
  • Coordinate deadlines, content review, and quality control
  • Monitor TikTok and short-form platforms for emerging trends, formats, audios, and hooks
  • Translate trends into brief, actionable creative directions
  • Align creators with trends while allowing room for their own execution style
  • Maintain a content calendar to manage cadence and coverage
  • Ensure content feels organic while still hitting basic brand objectives
  • Track performance of all UGC and creator content across platforms
  • Identify top-performing creators, hooks, and formats
  • Recommend creative iterations based on data
  • Coordinate with internal teams to test and scale winning content
  • Close feedback loop with creators for ongoing improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred (not required with relevant experience)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); familiarity with Filipino languages a plus
