Summary

As a Growth Manager in the Affiliate team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring affiliates for Hostinger's products, including web hosting, website builder, VPS, domains, and Horizons. You will develop and execute affiliate acquisition strategies, identify and recruit new partners, manage the onboarding process, negotiate partnership deals, build relationships with affiliates, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to create tailored campaigns. This role requires strong experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management, proven success in acquiring and scaling affiliate partners, and excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management
  • Experience with OKR planning frameworks - you will be fully owning the planning and execution of affiliate acquisition campaigns
  • Proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with main marketing digital tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax (or similar), affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, etc
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Self-starter with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition strategy for both: inbound and outbound partners
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various verticals and markets, including close tracking of competitor activities
  • Manage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: emails, automations, activation campaigns
  • Be fully hands-on with the outreach campaigns
  • Negotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximize performance and attract new partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, and campaigns tailored to affiliates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels
