Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth-focused roles in B2B services, with a strong record of driving client acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with outbound strategies, including prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building
  • Ability to create and execute inbound strategies, such as content creation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and build lasting relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipelines
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently developing and executing growth strategies in a remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets, analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects across industries
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand Uptalent.io’s reach and visibility
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and continuously optimize growth efforts
  • Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals and ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurturing, and referral programs to attract and convert clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of staffing, outsourcing, or remote talent solutions is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as email automation, SEO, or social media, is advantageous
