Join Lift Ventures, a remote-first startup studio, as a Growth Marketing Analyst for SuperSummary, their fast-growing EdTech business. This high-impact role requires a creative, data-driven marketer to supercharge customer acquisition efforts across various channels. You will identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels, design and execute A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and leverage AI tools for optimization. Collaboration with Product and Business Operations teams is crucial for driving qualified traffic and measuring ROI. Continuous improvement of the growth engine through creative iteration and calculated risk-taking is expected. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, experienced in scaling marketing campaigns, and comfortable with A/B testing and emerging technologies.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels—paid, organic, social, and grassroots
- Design A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to guide strategy and optimization
- Use AI and automation tools to improve workflows, optimize campaigns, and surface insights
- Partner with the Product and Business Operations teams to drive qualified traffic and measure channel ROI and cross-channel performance
- Continuously improve our growth engine through creative iteration and calculated risk-taking
- Optimize our SEO and GEO footprints and maintain our position in a changing search landscape
- Improve ROAS on Google Ads through systematic experimentation and strategy refinement
- Identify at least 3 promising new acquisition channels and design/execute experiments to evaluate viability
- Optimize our onboarding email sequence by testing messaging, timing, and feature education to improve free-to-paid conversion rates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing SEO performance using crawl data, Google Analytics, and/or SEO tools and developing SEO and content strategies to increase engagement
- Experience with paid channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or Ahrefs
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and lifecycle marketing is a plus
- Comfort with basic SQL or querying data to support marketing insights
