Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities. Utilize various channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative, copy, events, and marketing operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve growth targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to align marketing strategies with business goals. Serve as the primary marketing liaison to internal stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment
- Facilitate the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and staffing, to ensure a successful and impactful event presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the ABA therapy or Behavioral Health industry
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices
