Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize communication through various channels (Paid Media, Email, SMS, Push Notifications). Enhance key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Repurchase Rates, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Collaborate with data scientists and creative teams to refine campaigns and drive results. This role requires experience in CRM and retention, leading teams, and utilizing marketing platforms. Familiarity with push notifications is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and Retention departments, showcasing strong expertise in customer segmentation and direct marketing channels
• Proven experience with Marketing and CRM platforms or campaign managers for operating owned channels such as email marketing and SMS
• Previous experience leading squads or multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive returning customer journey encompassing all stages, with a specific focus on retention opportunities
• Optimize communication and tactics through proprietary channels such as Paid Media, E-mail, SMS, and Push Notifications
• Enhance retention levels by utilizing data and insights
• Improve key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Repurchase Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and purchase frequency
• Minimize unsubscribe rates and cancellations
• Work closely with data scientists to analyze daily conversion and retention metrics, using insights to refine campaigns and drive results
• Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and strategy effectively
