Join Boldare, an Agile company with international experience, as a Growth Product Manager for a London-based client specializing in fast and secure money transfers. You will leverage your analytical skills and agile approach to drive product development. This role requires 3+ years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, implementing A/B testing, and monitoring key metrics. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, Product Development or similar
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions, including experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of creating a long-term product growth vision, while also being agile enough to adapt to short-term business needs
  • Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving key business metrics and an ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and lead initiatives across teams
  • User-Centric Thinking: Understanding user needs and being able to implement improvements that enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Experience working on a global product or experience in product development in foreign markets
  • Fluency in Polish and English (B2+ level both) to easily communicate with colleagues
  • Openness to occasional business trips to the UK

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities using data analytics and customer behavior insights
  • Leverage principles of behavioral economics to develop products and services that take into account real human behavior, emotions, and decision-making processes
  • Implement A/B testing and optimize the user funnel for acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Monitoring and interpreting key growth metrics (e.g., AARRR framework)
  • Accelerate product-led growth strategies
  • Ensure adaptability in achieving rapid, measurable growth outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having a basic understanding of software development, product architecture, and APIs can help you better collaborate with developers and understand the feasibility of proposed features or optimizations
  • Understanding of behavioral economics and its application in product and service design
