Requirements

  • SaaS experience is a must: 5+ yrs defining, shipping, and iterating SaaS products
  • Experienced with subscription pricing models, confident using analytics software, fluent with all SaaS related unit economics
  • Knowledge of ins and outs of monetization, from improving conversion rate to designing revenue plans
  • Experience identifying partnership opportunities, cross selling third party services or building white-labeled solutions
  • Experience conducting growth experiments, A/B and multivariate tests, funnel analysis - with a proven track record of success
  • High data fluency, expert with analytics software such as GA4, Heap, Looker Studio - able to perform comprehensive product analysis covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to conversion
  • Thrives in a start-up environment, executing as an individual contributor while also setting strategy and product direction
  • Experience working with a distributed team working flexible hours (highly desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Create the product vision, roadmap, driving execution, and delivering business outcomes
  • Test and optimize our monetization strategy. Design pricing plan and service bundle variations, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Meticulously analyze user cohorts, identifying specific needs, then build out services and solutions to serve those users (either building in-house or leverage third party partnerships)
  • Analyze the user lifecycle, including the activation, retention, dormancy, and resurrection phases, and deploy experiments to improve the lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn
  • Everything else you expect from a PM position (running sprints, prioritizing stories, translating requirements, competitor research, defining strategy, etc)
