Join Vercel, a leading developer platform company, as a Growth Product Manager to drive expansion and transition the company from a product to a full-fledged platform. You will define and iterate pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to increase account expansion and cross-selling of products. Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels to improve activation, retention, and ACV growth. Partner with Growth Marketing to define measurable enterprise campaigns and sales plays. Contribute to the strategic shift to a full AI developer platform, shaping product packaging and value messaging. Help shape metrics, pricing strategy, and customer engagement narratives for public markets. This role requires a data-driven approach and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Familiarity with developer infrastructure (e.g., hosting, edge compute, security, CI/CD)
- You understand the developer persona, ideally with experience in a devtools or infrastructure company
- Ability to zoom into product usability and UX, ensuring that business goals are met through a seamless user experience
- Comfortable working under and with senior product leaders and interfacing with C-level on strategic initiatives
Responsibilities
- Define and iterate pricing, packaging, PLG and Enterprise motions that drive expansion. Youโll own how we price, position, and drive adoption of Vercelโs evolving product suite
- Develop strategies to drive ancillary products (e.g., Edge Middleware, Security, v0) across existing customers. Partner with GTM to identify expansion opportunities
- Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels - from self-serve onboarding to enterprise upgrades - and prioritize initiatives that improve activation, retention, and ACV growth
- Partner with Growth Marketing to define measurable Enterprise campaigns and sales plays by building experimentation frameworks and track success metrics for each initiative
- Contribute to the strategic shift from a single-product hosting solution to a full AI developer platform, and help define product packaging and value messaging
- Help shape metrics, pricing strategy, and customer engagement narratives that prepare Vercel for public markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Math, statistics, or analytics background preferred
- Deep experience analyzing funnel data, lifecycle cohorts, and campaign performance
- Have familiarity with usage-based or consumption-driven monetization models
- Experience driving product-led growth at a B2B or enterprise AI company
- Are a power user of modern AI tools and up to speed with the latest AI/LLM trends
