The ideal candidate holds an Engineering Degree & MBA with 3-5 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager. Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization)
  • Develop data-driven growth strategies, using A/B testing, user research, and behavioral analytics
  • Conduct market and competitor research to benchmark growth strategies and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with business objectives
  • Optimize onboarding, conversion flows, and engagement loops to increase user activation and retention
  • Work on virality, referrals, and network effects to accelerate organic growth
  • Collaborate with product designers to create a delightful product experience, work closely with engineers to guide feature development
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine feature ideas
  • Define and track key success metrics, using insights to iterate and refine growth initiatives
  • Define growth KPIs, instrument tracking, and analyze product data to identify friction points and opportunities
  • Use tools like Amplitude, internal data systems, or Google Analytics to track user behavior and optimize conversion funnels
  • Develop a test-and-learn culture, continuously running experiments to refine user experiences and maximize growth impact
