Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at an early-stage company
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS with a hybrid Sales & Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach
• Proficient in Growth Hacking methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate marketing performance
• Creative, hands-on, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our full customer acquisition funnel
• Lead efforts in demand generation with the ability to activate customers whilst maintaining healthy conversion rates
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive B2B growth
• Drive customer acquisition through different channels (SEM, SEO, Email, Youtube, Socials)
• Orchestrate GTM launches and identify new marketing channels
• Lead and manage a marketing team including experts for SEO, SEM and Social channels, Video Editor, Designer, and Content Creator
• Utilize and be hands-on with marketing tools and workstream deliverables
