Summary

Journey Clinical is hiring a Program Manager to lead the ideation, design, and execution of programs that enable therapists to integrate ketamine-assisted psychotherapy into their practices. The role involves extensive user research, managing existing growth programs, setting up technical systems, and engaging cross-functionally with other teams.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience at a VC-backed startup or top level consulting firm (or in a similarly fast-paced environment)
  • Highly technical, with the ability to set up and leverage systems to manage our growth programs, integrating new tools into the process to reduce manual intervention and allow us to scale
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to set up data infrastructures to monitor KPIs on how our programs are performing to assess the success or failure of them. Decisive, data-driven leader, with ability to synthesize trends quickly and report out to C-suite
  • Experience managing small teams to drive growth who have a similarly whatever-it-takes attitude
  • Comfort with (even energized by) environments that lack established structure or playbooks that move at rapid speed and experiment quickly
  • Blended talent in strategy, operations, implementations and product experience
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably with an understanding of mental health clinicians or healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive user research on our customers’ biggest needs
  • Run experiments, iterate on those experiments and then measure the success of them to determine which should be scaled into our product
  • Oversee our existing suite of growth programs, including shadowing, peer mentorship, various experiential offerings, start class trainings, educational resources, etc
  • Set up technical systems and tooling to effectively and autonomously run our various customer programs, as well as the data architecture needed to track them
  • Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Community, but most especially work with Product to build the cross-functional systems into our portal
  • Monitor success KPIs to be agile and make changes quickly as experiments succeed or fail
  • Oversee 2-3 more junior resources to assist you in managing these programs and monitor resourcing to appropriately staff these programs and set them up for scale and success

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours and competitive compensation
  • High level of autonomy, and growth opportunities in a cutting edge industry
  • Work with a team of industry leading experts, who are highly collaborative, disciplined, and who have fun working together
  • The opportunity to change the way we approach mental health by advancing the mainstream adoption of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and make a positive impact
