Summary

The Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-month immersive experience for current university students and recent graduates interested in the cryptocurrency industry. Participants will assist in designing user referral reward mechanisms, analyzing user feedback and market trends, and tracking project progress while gaining insights into the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and user growth
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Quick learning ability, capable of adapting and proposing effective solutions in complex environments
• Creative thinking, capable of proposing unique activities and promotional ideas

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and optimizing user referral reward mechanisms
• Regularly collect and analyze user feedback and market trends
• Assist in tracking referral project progress and optimizing user experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of product design, market promotion, and user operations is preferred
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms, basic programming skills or project management experience is a plus
