Join FairMoney as a Senior Growth Manager and play a critical role in driving market growth across Nigerian banking and lending business units. You will be responsible for designing and implementing customer acquisition strategies across various digital channels (Paid Social, SEO, PPC, Affiliates, and Display). Collaborate closely with product, CRM, and operations teams to optimize conversion and achieve key customer success metrics. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience in performance marketing, and proven success in digital customer acquisition. You will lead agency collaborations, build marketing operations processes, and develop customer success strategies. Requirements
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and liaising with third parties, preferably in a Fintech, Banking, Payments, E-commerce, or Tech environment
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing budgets effectively to meet key objectives, deadlines, and targets
- A strong track record of success in digital customer acquisition
- Well-versed in most, if not all, forms of digital channels, demonstrating strong analytical skills
- Analytical mindset with a skill set in quantitative analysis, and experience with mobile marketing analytics and attribution platforms
- Experience with app marketing
- Detail-oriented with proven execution skills
- Passionate about growth strategy, marketing, and customer success
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the growth strategy for acquiring and retaining both new and existing customers
- Oversee digital channels to ensure optimal ROI, identifying key metrics to drive company growth, including acquisition, activation, and engagement
- Continuously monitor and enhance key growth metrics and funnels
- Define and implement strategies for channel and segment-specific customer acquisition
- Lead digital planning sessions with external agencies to support acquisition plans and achieve objectives
- Build and refine robust processes for marketing operations
- Identify and coordinate with external providers and stakeholders, including digital marketing agencies and technical third parties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand presence through top-tier creative efforts and brand awareness initiatives
- Develop and execute a customer success strategy to drive retention and lifetime value (LTV), working with relevant stakeholders (e.g., customer support)
- Stay updated on new acquisition and retention opportunities, and integrate A/B testing strategies across channels
- Work closely with CRM and TeleSales teams to ensure effective targeting and conversion
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product, risk, programs) to align internal operations with the growth strategy
- Provide weekly reports on activities, KPIs, and funnel performance
