Summary

Join SentinelOne as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for prospects engaging with our free trial. Support activation, uncover buying intent, and identify product-qualified leads (PQLs). This role supports our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion and flexes across other top-of-funnel initiatives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to accelerate trial conversion and generate high-quality pipeline. Leverage tools like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Copilot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to process improvements. Share insights to improve messaging, product onboarding, and conversion strategy. This is a dynamic role for someone passionate about technology and cybersecurity.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, product-led sales, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with a focus on curiosity and empathy
  • Comfortable engaging users at various stages of the buyer journey
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with a bias for action in fast-moving environments
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of cybersecurity

Responsibilities

  • Engage with free trial users to understand their goals, support product activation, and identify sales opportunities
  • Qualify and route product-qualified leads (PQLs) based on usage signals, fit, and intent
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and growth teams to accelerate trial conversion
  • Support broader pipeline generation efforts across inbound and/or outbound as needed
  • Leverage tools like SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Copilot , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to engage prospects and prioritize outreach
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Share insights from user interactions to help improve messaging, product onboarding, and conversion strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools; experience with PLG platforms or product analytics tools is a plus
