Requirements

• Complete Higher Education
• Experience in Performance Marketing projects
• Spanish for communication is mandatory
• Intermediate SQL knowledge is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize incentive levers focused on acquisition; customer base growth and incremental conversions
• Analyze the economic viability of proposed strategies, focusing on efficiency and ROI
• Work on tactical campaigns with commercial teams, enhancing the value proposition through incentives
• Collaborate with Product and IT teams in developing a roadmap that improves the customer experience, building a strategic vision
• Build the customer acquisition funnel within the product usage
• Scale strategy through different communication channels (website and marketing channels)
• Conduct benchmarks and identify innovative opportunities and ideas for testing and validation
• Conduct and monitor A/B tests with analytical rigor, evaluating impact and generating business learnings
