Operations Associate

Summary

Join our client's team as a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate, supporting marketing and operational efforts. You will focus on tradeshow organization, email campaigns, and Salesforce management, collaborating with external PR firms. This fully remote role (9 AM - 5 PM EST) offers a chance to gain experience in marketing operations and take ownership of projects. The position is not creative, but rather focuses on organization and execution. This is a great opportunity for growth within the marketing ops space. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing support
• Familiarity with social media content calendars and basic understanding of PR efforts
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email campaign tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and capable of taking initiative to support cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Register members of the team for various tradeshows and conferences
• Format pre-attendee lists for easy upload to Salesforce and track post-show connections
• Set up email campaigns in Mailchimp for event attendees and connections, ensuring proper segmentation and follow-up
• Assist team members with travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and transportation for trade shows
• Send booth and tradeshow details to the PR firm and ensure alignment with marketing efforts
• Review the social media calendar developed by the PR firm to ensure it aligns with ongoing marketing initiatives
• Set up email sequences in Mailchimp using Salesforce reports and monitor their performance to improve engagement
• Follow up on campaigns, report on performance, and provide feedback to improve future efforts
• Assist with Salesforce updates and reporting using tools like ZoomInfo to uncover new leads and track pipeline performance

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce, including report generation and dashboard setup, is highly preferred
