Summary

Join Booksy's Growth Strategy team as a Growth Strategy Manager and tackle challenging strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership, conduct data-driven analysis, and translate high-level strategies into actionable projects. Responsibilities include strategic analysis and implementation, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Additional experience in management consulting or a high-impact internal strategy team is a plus. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a strategy/operations role β€” ideally in house, in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments
  • Demonstrated ownership and successful delivery of complex projects, with measurable impact
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • At least intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing a variety of stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal); comfort navigating multicultural environments
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Understand local market conditions, customer expectations, and the competitive landscape to help define market strategies
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable projects and lead their implementation
  • Break down complex business problems into structured frameworks, developing hypotheses, and recommending data-driven solutions
  • Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end: from ideation through analysis to implementation
  • Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication with the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver measurable impact
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) or a high-impact internal strategy team would be a strong plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
